Union Governance

The Uganda Fisheries and Allied Workers Union (UFUWU) operates under its constitution and is governed through democratic leadership structures. The National Executive Committee, Board of Trustees, Advisors and Sector Committees work together to promote workers' rights, accountability, social justice and organizational growth.
